Seraphim: The Android Bounty Hunter

This package contains a descriptive layered psd of my drawing process.

Name: Seraphim. After crime in the city has gotten out of control, the military-police have decided that enough is enough. To combat the gang wars and various other crimes, the most brilliant scientist was commissioned to make the ultimate machine. Equipped with the most advanced technology and A.I., Seraphim is an autonomous, learning Android, who, upon seeing how little the city actually cared for the level of crime in the city, gave them the incentive that if they wanted it dealt with, they would have to pay her. And so, the "Glowing Savior", as the people call her, is on a mission to bring crime to an end in her home.
